Student Withdrawals

If you wish to withdraw your student from the school district, please complete the Intent to Withdraw Form and email it to agervasoni@pleasantonusd.net.

You must return all library books, Chromebooks (including charger & carrying case) and/or any other items that were loaned to you in good faith by Pleasanton Unified School District and Fairlands Elementary to support student learning.

Items can be returned to the main office Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. You may also mail them to:
